While we’re sad to see you go, we understand that sometimes it’s the right decision. If you’ve chosen to delete your account data, we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. This guide will walk you through how to submit a deletion request directly from within the game.

 

Steps to Delete Your Account Data:

 1.  Open the game and go to the Main Menu

​​​Tap the Settings or 3-Line icon—usually located in the upper left or right corner of the screen.

2.  Tap on “Delete” or "Delete Account"

​You'll find this button within the Settings menu.

​

3.  Review Delete Account Confirmation information

​A message will appear explaining the key details of the deletion process. Please read it carefully. Tap “Yes” to submit a delete account request.

4.  Review the Deletion Request Submitted  information

​Your account has been scheduled to be deleted. It can take up to 30 days for your account to be deleted.

Warning: Account Deletion Is Permanent!

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

• Your access to the account

• All purchased and earned items

• All game progress, including levels and achievements

 

This action cannot be undone.If you return to the game, a new account will be created.
